This Smart Ring Health Tracker for Men/Women with LED Display Screen is a real find. It's accurate. Looks beautiful. Is super-easy to use and a great value for the money. Battery life is excellent. The app is intuitive and works pretty well. Overall, it is of excellent quality. My only suggestion was that they allow switching between 12/24 hour options. Currently, only military time is available.

I have not been able to pair my ring with my phone. I have taken the steps below: Fully charged my ring Turned on Bluetooth on the phone Turned on Accessibility After several attempts, turned Bluetooth off then on again; reinstalled the JRing app Took ring and phone to a room with no other devices so there would be no interference. Sent two requests for help from the JRing app. Could not load the user manual I have been patient with the long wait for shipping and followed all directions. If I cannot get an answer to my problem, I will get my payment source involved to get a refund. After a reply asking for screen shots, I replies with: Please find the following screenshots: Home Screen from application Inline image Pairing screen Inline image Result from request to pair Inline image Have not heard anything.
