The ring is beautiful and works well! It took me a minute to get it linked to the app but since it’s established I have had zero problems. It’s waterproof, long battery life and easy to charge. The heart rate, blood pressure, HRV, sleep and work out monitoring is excellent and accurate. I see no future problems for durability as it’s well crafted.
The battery is the worst, needs to be charged every other day. The options are good, especially the bp. Not sure I would recommend with the lack of battery life.

So far I think it is pretty accurate as long as you remember to keep the sensors placed on the underside of your finger. I have checked it against my home and work BP/HR units and it is only within a few points difference. The ring is attractive to wear everyday and wears well under hand washing and showers. I purchased the pink Solara and it very neutral. The app is free and pretty user friendly so I think this was a good purchase . I enjoy being able to check my HR/BP without anyone at work seeing me do it . This has definitely given me some piece of mind . There are many styles of the ring available and that is a nice option as well.
